Opportunity Description:

For purposes of this initiative, The Town of St. Paul is the managing partner. In conducting the Human Resources Review, the external consultant will work under the direction of the CAO from the Town, in conjunction with the County of St. Paul and the Town of Elk Point, in partnership with all leadership teams.
