The objective of the corporate partnerships review is to find opportunities for improvements and efficiencies that will maximize our limited resources (human and financial) in the following areas:
1. Tracking and managing existing partnerships;
2. Improving our processes and procedures for reviewing and approving new and existing partnership opportunities, and
3. Adopting processes and criteria for making decisions about partnerships.
