Getting Started

Get started with APC by first learning about the basic features:

• Create a user account
• View opportunities
• Download opportunities

Quick Start:

• To register for the site, click the New User link. Complete your profile and click Submit.
• To find an open opportunity, click Search Opportunities on the left menu.
• Enter search parameters and click Search.
• From the results page, click on a title of interest to display the opportunity notice.
• To download associated components, click on View Bid Package. There is no charge to download!

** Once you have downloaded at least one document for an opportunity, you will automatically receive email notification if that opportunity is amended. For more help, view our online user guide or contact us directly.
